• Test water and add chemicals to balance water

• Remove, rinse, and replace spa filter bay once per month

• Check jets and spa functions

• Clean spa cover, as needed

• Add up to 3” of water, as needed

Once the cover is installed, we’ll visit every other week to:

• Blow leaves and debris from mesh cover and/or drain water from solid cover, as weather permits

• Backwash pumps* and filter and check functionality

• Add chemicals to keep water clear and balanced

*Note: Pumps must run 24-hrs a day in freezing weather.
